1. Give yourself permission to take a day off to make yourself mentally healthy. Take a break when you feel like it. Do whatever relaxes you, and stop feeling selfish about it. Recharge now and you will find your mental and physical batteries both feel recharged. Plus, you don’t need to take that sick leave later. 2. Stay away from your digital devices before bed.
